Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about using Zeverelle for your non‑profit organization.

How does it work?

When you receive a Zelle® transaction you will receive an email to your registered Zelle® account.

  1. You tell us which email address you receive the Zelle® Notifications
  2. We give you a secure inbox and an email address in that inbox
  3. You forward your Zelle® Notification emails to the address we gave you
  4. Create accounts, and put search phrases in the memo field of your Zelle® transactions for the account
  5. Example Accounts:

"education: school construction, school renovation, education related"

"waterfund: water well, well, clean water, drinking water"

  6. Tell your Zelle® Senders to put their intention and contact so that we can classify the payment for you and send a receipt on your behalf
  7. Sample Memo for a Zelle® Transaction:

"donation for children's education, pls send receipt to 555 444 6666"

"clean water project, receipt to saleeh@gmail.com"

We parse that emails that are forwarded by you, and then use AI to capture what the sender is intending. We capture email and phone addresses so we can send a receipt via SMS or email.

Which email providers does it work with?

Currently it only works if you are using Gmail or a Google Workspace email. Please reach out to us at info@zeverelle.com and let's figure out making it work for your email provider too!

How do you send receipts?

Ask your senders to put their intention and their contact in the memo field of the Zelle® transaction. We will parse these and capture email or phone numbers so we can send a receipt via SMS or email:

"for orphanage work, send receipt to 555-344-5555"

"for water well construction, send receipt to saleeh@gmail.com"

My bank does not allow senders to put their email addresses

Some banks do not allow senders to put email addresses because they look like html links. So users can send "saleeh@gmail*com" or "saleeh@gmail com" but our algorithms will still pick it up. Our models understand if senders put different characters in their email addresses.
