Welcome to Zeverelle's services. Zeverelle is a doing business as (DBA) name for Nalch Technologies LLC. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your use of our website (www.zeverelle.com) and software as a service offering (collectively, the "Service").

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Zeverelle provides software as a service to non-profit and for-profit companies. The Service is currently in beta and is offered free of charge. As a beta product, the Service may undergo changes, updates, or modifications at any time without prior notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT CREATION
3.1 Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3.2 Account Creation and Security
To access the Service, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during the registration process
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Securing your email account to prevent unauthorized access
- All activities that occur under your account

- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Zelle® sender names
- Transaction dates
- Zelle® transaction memo fields
4.2 Data Usage
We securely collect user data for our client companies. We may use anonymized data to train our models.
4.3 Data Removal
Client companies may request deletion of their data by contacting privacy@zeverelle.com. Individual users whose data is collected must contact the companies they send their transactions to, and those companies will then contact us to request removal of the individual user data.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEVERELLE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RELIABILITY OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE
- WARRANTIES THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS A BETA PRODUCT AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, OR OTHER LIMITATIONS.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEVERELLE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF ZEVERELLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ZEVERELLE'S LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
Zeverelle reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Zeverelle shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
8. TERMINATION
Zeverelle may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request deletion of your data as outlined in Section 4.3.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zeverelle is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
Zeverelle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
